In residential settlement 800 m far from center of Porec, beautiful house with 3 bedrooms + 2 beds in living room, large living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms, large terrace, garden with grill. Departure is on Saturday till 12.00. Arrival of new guests is on Saturday after 16.00. Time between 12 and 16 hours is necessary for cleaning of the house, terraces and garden. House on ground floor has entrance, 1 shower – bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, exit on large terrace of 50 m2 and garden with grill. Kitchen is equipped with dish washer, large fridge and 50 l freezer, 2 caffe machines, toster, all necessary dishes and accessories. In one part of ground floor is stretching couch for 2 persons. From the ground floor are stairs leading on floor where are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have balcony) and one large bathroom with 2 sinks and shower tub. In house is washing machine and vacuum cleaner (in bathroom on ground floor). Own parking for 3 cars. Welcome!
